Name: Self-explanatory
Age: Young Shinigami usually appear around 100 - 250 years as old. A typical adult would be around 300+ years old.
Gender: Male or female.
Appearance:
How does your character look like? You can either write a full
description or find a picture for your character. Please note that I
won't be accepting any pictures of widely known anime characters.
Squad Number:
This is simply the squad number he is in. You may enter a number from
one to thirteen. Please note that this is only the division and not the
rank.
