Hitsugaya Toushiro | | The Covert Ops, the onmitsukido, a hidden secret movements organization, (called the Stealth Force in the English dubbed version) has five divisions. The first division is the Executive Militia , the second is the Patrol Corps , the third is the Detention Unit , and the fifth division is called the Reversal Counter Force or Correctional Force . The 4th division's name or function is still unknown. There is little information about the operations of the special forces.
